Receptionist

Chevrolet Buick GMC Ile Perrot, a member of Groupe Autoforce, is looking for an evening receptionist to join the team!

Schedule to be filled:

• 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday to Thursday

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Inquire about the reason for their visit and introduce the customer to the appropriate specialist
• Operate the telephone system, transfer incoming calls to the appropriate individuals and take detailed messages when the call cannot be completed
• Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and document filing
• Perform transactions for Service Department invoices, Sales Department transactions and deposits

Profile required

• The ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Minimum experience in a similar position
• A strong team player with a positive and respectful attitude towards customers and the team
• A punctual, resourceful and autonomous individual
• The ability to present yourself in a professional manner
• Bilingual, both written and spoken; French / English
