Description

Groupe AutoForce is looking for a Customer Communication Specialist to expand the team at the Business Development Center (BDC)!

As a Customer Communication Specialist, you will be the first point of contact with our sales department's customers

Your mission is to provide an exceptional customer experience to those who contact one of our 8 dealerships via the internet, phone or email and to build a professional and trusting relationship with customers

*No experience in the automotive industry required*

Location: Pincourt (On-site)

Groupe Autoforce is made up of Mazda 2-20, Hyundai Ile-Perrot, Ile-Perrot Toyota, Cadillac Ile-Perrot, Chevrolet Buick GMC Ile-Perrot and Valleyfield, Ford Ile-Perrot, Honda Ile-Perrot and the Ile-Perrot Collision Center.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries sent to us via web and phone;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email and web;
  • Coordinate appointments with a sales consultant;
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate sales appointments.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in call center, administration, customer support or customer service
  • Bilingualism: oral and written; French and English
  • Computer knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and CRM tools (an asset)

Schedule:

  • 37.5 hours / week, variable schedule
  • Our department is open from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm on Friday and from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday.
