Service Advisor

Ile Perrot Toyota, member of Groupe Autoforce is looking for a Service Advisor.

Key responsibilities:

• Greet customers in the department
• Open and close work orders
• Determine vehicle repair and maintenance needs
• Sell and advise on maintenance, inspection and safety services
• Follow up with customers
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and exceed their expectations

Requirements:

• Experience as a service advisor / technical advisor
• General automotive knowledge
• Bilingual (oral and written); French / English
• Good organizational skills
• Strong team spirit
